Lettering Disorchava teaches calligraphy and lettering where Riga students want nib angles, ink flow, and envelope layouts for weddings without font-download shortcuts.

Since 2014 supply tables include nibs, holders, and practice pads — left-handed seats get adjusted exemplars.

disorchava.yachts publishes hours for Lettering Disorchava as Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00; trust the newer door note if timings shift.

Workshops span italic, copperplate intro, and brush lettering on separate dates so demos stay focused.

Custom envelope addressing is quoted per piece count with a live sample before bulk runs Call +371 67 329 4922 for same-day questions.

Digital lettering is not taught here — hand craft only in a phone-free table zone during class.

Ink types are labelled for paper tooth; bleed tests happen before you buy hundred-sheet packs.

Private hire for six to twelve guests available off-site within Riga — travel fee listed upfront.

We explain posture and grip before your first two-hour session.

Returning visitors can skip the full calligraphy intake when notes are on file and are answered in plain English during Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Established 2014, still owner-run Desk near Tērbatas iela 28.

Optional calligraphy upgrades are listed separately before you commit and we keep Latvia holiday closures noted on the door card. Ticket codes stay local to this Riga bench.

First-time guests often ask how studio drop-ins timing works for calligraphy with calligraphy tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Bring reference photos when they help.

Same-week studio drop-ins depend on the Riga board, not guesswork so Riga regulars are not guessing about lead times. Country context: Latvia.

Seasonal calligraphy queues shift; we still confirm studio drop-ins in writing while Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00 remains the reliable window for replies. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket.
